Delivery of two bulk carriers on the same day
China - The shipbuilding task of the whole year has started well and the production speed and efficiency have been comprehensively accelerated and embarked on the fast track.
On February 6, the 85,000-ton bulk carrier "YASA PEARL" and the 82,000-ton bulk carrier "AAI EVOLUTION" built by CSSC Chengxi, a subsidiary of CSSC, were signed and delivered.
85,000-ton bulk carrier
The ship has a total length of 229.90 meters, a molded width of 36.00 meters and a molded depth of 20.15 meters.
"YASA PEARL" is an 85,000-ton bulk carrier built by CSSC Chengxi for Yasa Holding SA. It has many advantages such as strong portability, low fuel consumption, good economy, superior performance, environmental protection, energy saving and high efficiency, and its various performance indicators have reached the international advanced level, winning praise from shipowners.
Chengxi Yangzhou Company of CSSC faced the challenge head-on, and solved a series of problems such as material supply and labor shortage through multi-party coordination, and finally achieved a good performance of delivering the ship 144 days ahead of the contract period.
82000 tons bulk carrier
The ship has a total length of 229 meters, a molded width of 32.26 meters, a molded depth of 20.35 meters, a design draft of 12.2 meters, and a service speed of 14 knots.
"AAI EVOLUTION" is an 82,000-ton bulk carrier built by CSSC Chengxi for AAI (SG) PTE. The main engine is equipped with a high-pressure denitrification SCR system, which meets the Tier III emission standard of the International Maritime Organization.
The ship was delivered 53 days earlier than the contract period, demonstrating the determination of CSSC Chengxi to solidly promote the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to take root, blossom and bear fruit, and present the company's 50th birthday with outstanding achievements.
